The Troja Baroque Chateau grew up on the right bank of Vltava river as the summer residence of Václav Vojtěch, Count of Šternberk at the end of the 17th century. You will see unique fresco decoration of the halls in there. In addition to the main Roman-style suburban villa building, its grounds also include a large garden, ideal for walks and relaxation while staying in Prague. It includes decorative trees, several fountains, orangery with busts of emperors, natural maze, terracotta vases, and other sophisticated elements.
